This week Axiom Structures undertook a site visit to Silbury Court, a residential development project in Milton Keynes. The scheme consists of adding a two storey vertical extension to an existing concrete office block and changing the buildings usage to residential. The vertical extension will be of a steel frame construction with lightweight steel infill to form the walls and floors.
The purpose of the visit was to inspect the installation of the West Wing frame, with the erection of the Central & East Wing frame due to commence over the coming weeks.
