Andrzej has been training hard between busy work commitments for half Ironman competitions during the summer.
He recently completed a half Ironman race in Weymouth.
The course was challenging but the conditions were perfect and the event was well supported by spectators encouraging all the competitors.
The office also regularly takes part in 5k races in Hyde Park running with the Serpentine Running Club.
