Working with 3|10 Studio we are working on a new build apartment block located on the High Street in Balham.
This mixed use development will require close coordination with London Underground Limited to ensure that no loads are imposed on the Northern Line that runs beneath the site.
We will be providing structural engineering and below ground drainage advice for this development.
