Transforming a former Victorian warehouse into an exquisite commercial office space by adding a vertical extension and gaining an additional 634 m².
This is a lightweight, largely glazed and transparent cladding supported off a fully exposed facetted steel frame structure.
The new vertical extension element of the building gained a BREEAM Excellent score achieving a high specification and energy efficient working environment.
