Basement structure complete on our new 6300sq ft private residential development in North London. The reinforced concrete stairs cantilevers off the supporting reinforced concrete wall. We designed the basement space to have minimal columns to allow for future flexibility on the basement layout. Steelwork fabrication drawings have now been signed off, more progress photos to follow as the steel frame is erected.
