First photo shows the western flank wall up on temporary needle supports at Elsworthy Road, to facilitate RC ground floor slab to be installed under. This was the first stage of a top-down construction basement that will eventually include a spa and swimming pool.
In the next photograph, the ground floor slab has been installed, and brickwork has been constructed to support the wall from the slab below. Needles are in the process of being removed. Excavation and tunnelling below the slab will begin in the coming weeks!
