Widegate Street Hotel

The project involved complete refurbishment to Grade II listed terrace property located in one of the busy and narrow streets near Liverpool Street Station. In addition to increasing headroom in the existing basement by underpinning the existing foundations, a four-storey extension with a basement was constructed at the rear.

We work closely with Kenny from Afterhours Studio and Local Council to ensure that the scheme meet the requirements for a Grade II listed building.
