The project involved construction of a retro-fit basement as part of full refurbishment of the existing semi-detached house.

Here we worked with Knowles Basement as a permanent and temporary works engineers where we value-engineered the original basement scheme to create a more efficient and economical basement structure. We also managed to avoid a few columns and maximise open spaces for enjoyment of the homeowner.
